Charging rules and terms

  1. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight; rounded up to the next 0.5 kg up to 10 kg, and to the next full kg above 10 kg.
  2. Prices include handling in China, international transport, export clearance, import clearance, duties and VAT, and final delivery. No residential or product surcharges.
  3. Transit times start on arrival in Europe and exclude customs inspections, flight delays, strikes, holidays and other force majeure.
  4. Extra charges follow the courier’s rates: remote areas; parcels over 24 kg or with the longest side over 100 cm; irregular packaging; returns, redelivery and address changes (address change 120 CNY per parcel).
  5. Declare description, material, use and value accurately. On Air Economy, Truck and Rail the declared value may not exceed €150 per parcel; for higher values choose Air Express or Sea.
  6. Prohibited: loose batteries, power banks, flammable or explosive items, weapons and knives, prescription medicines, white powders, alcohol, fresh meat, counterfeit goods and anything else prohibited by law.
  7. Use sturdy cardboard boxes; black bags and irregular packaging are not accepted. Products that require CE marking must already carry it.
  8. Loss before handover to the courier: air 40 CNY/kg, truck and rail 25 CNY/kg, sea 20 CNY/kg, plus a refund of the shipping cost. After handover we help you claim under the courier’s rules. We recommend insurance for high-value goods.
  9. Duties, fines and costs from a second customs clearance or inspection in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
  10. Prices may change with fuel, exchange rates and carrier rates; the price on the day of booking applies.
